Important Benefits Self Service Information


UVA is moving your benefits self-service, the place you find payroll records and other personal information related to your employment, to Workday. The current benefits enrollment system is going to be unavailable for employee self-service functions beginning Saturday, December 15 at 5pm. 

On Monday, January 7, the new system, Workday, will go live for all employees. You will receive a notification when Workday is live. Workday looks different, but it works the same way that your current self-service applications do, so it will still be familiar. 

If you are submitting benefits enrollments or changes between 12/16/18 – 1/6/19, you have the following options:
