The medical carrier is Southern Health Services and this plan is separate and distinct from the UVa Health Plan. There are two program choices, the POS Plan and a PPO Plan. Please read Understand Your Benefits for plan and usage information. Note, this plan has a 31 day enrollment window for new hires and plan changes (birth, marriage, etc.).
