Eligibility

This year with the transition to Workday, the performance appraisal process will be aligned across Health System entities to create a more consistent experience for all team members. Health System entities include: School of Medicine, University Physicians Group, Claude Moore Health Sciences Library, and Medical Center. Review the suggested timeline, and reach out to the Solution Center with concerns and questions. 

All team members are eligible except for those:

  • Who have not completed annual organizational mandatory training or competencies
  • Hired on or after April 1, 2019
  • On leave - will complete within 30 days of returning from leave
  • On a performance warning –will complete within 30 days of the end of the performance warning

Updates & Announcements
