Hoos Well Reward-Eligible Surveys and Focus Groups

Your feedback matters!

Hoos Well, your award-winning employee well-being program, seeks to continuously improve our programs, operational practices and strategies through ongoing evaluation and research activities. As part of our commitment to service and excellence, you are invited participate in surveys and focus groups that will help us ensure the effectiveness, quality and relevance of our programs to your needs. 

Participants in the UVA and UPG Anthem Health Plans are eligible to receive a $10 reward in the Hoos Well portal for each survey or focus group you complete.* You may claim a reward once per month, up to 5 times per year, by visiting the Rewards section of the portal and self-attesting to your completion of the activity. Opportunities to participate in surveys and focus groups will be posted on this page and shared via the Hoos Well portal and the HR newsletter.

*Surveys not listed on this page are ineligible for rewards. Pre-logging of activities in advance of their completion is not allowed.

Upcoming Survey and Focus Group Opportunities

  • Coming in April: Feedback on Mindful Leadership Training Programs

    Participants in the Mindful Leadership Program (presented by eMindful in Fall 2020) or the Advanced Mindful Leadership Training course presented the UVA Mindfulness Center in Winter 2021, will be invited to participate in focus groups to provide feedback that will inform the design and delivery of future cohorts of these programs.
