Open Enrollment website launches Sep. 14

Open Enrollment is a time for all UVA benefits-eligible employees and team members to carefully review and thoughtfully plan for their benefits for the following year. Dates you can change your benefits for plan year 2023 are October 3 - 14, 2022. More detailed information will be coming soon.

Important dates to put on your calendar:

• Sep. 14: Open Enrollment website is open
• Sep. 14: Virtual benefits presentation, 10-11 am
• Sep. 19: Virtual benefits presentation, 3-4 pm
• Sep. 22: Virtual benefits presentation, 10-11 am
• Sep. 27: Virtual benefits presentation, 3-4 pm
• Sep. 28-29: Benefits & Well-Being Expo, College at Wise
• October 3: Open Enrollment is live in Workday
• October 4: Benefits & Well-Being Expo, Medical Center Education Resource Center (ERC)
• October 5: Benefits & Well-Being Expo, Newcomb Hall 3rd Floor, Ballroom
• Oct. 5: Live-streamed benefits presentation @ Expo, Newcomb Hall, 3rd Floor Commonwealth Room, 9-10 am
• October 6: Virtual Town Hall, 12-1:30 pm
• October 14: Open Enrollment closes
