Performance management is a collaborative, ongoing process between the manager and the employee. Currently, there are three main components to the process: agile goal setting, continuous feedback, and performance documentation. Academic Employees: Calendar-Year Cycle

Academic employees who are eligible for an appraisal in Workday on the Calendar-Year cycle, and Darden employees participating in the Pilot Program. Includes all employees, except Advancement and Athletic Departments.
