Executive/Leadership Coaching & Consulting
We have highly experienced coaches and consultants that partner with engaged leaders to address their current leadership challenges. We identify areas of professional growth to create a plan for greater awareness to learn and apply new behaviors. These engagements usually last 3-6 months and may include a 360 assessment, DiSC profile or additional resources for development.
Team Development and Retreat Facilitation
We design and facilitate team development retreats and leadership team-building experiences that are tailored to the needs of your department. Our retreats are centered around the engaged conversation and dialogue that leads to meaningful breakthroughs and impacts, and our experienced consultants act as facilitator guides throughout the experience. We regularly design and facilitate sessions for teams across UVA (Academic and Health) and we comfortably work with teams of three to 100+ people.
