Academic Employees

Academic employees should work directly with their manager if they disagree with their performance appraisal. You must provide your appeal in writing to the reviewer of your appraisal within 10 workdays of the appraisal review meeting. If you have questions about the process or policy, please contact your HR Business Partner.

Medical Center Employees

Medical Center employees should refer to section 11 of the HR209 Performance Management Program policy. You must submit a written request for review to the primary reviewer of your appraisal within 10 workdays of the appraisal meeting. University Physician Group Employees
