Raymond Brown, M.S.Ed

Raymond is an organizational development consultant with experience in academic health care, higher education and non-profit organizations. He earned a master’s degree in human resource development from James Madison University and holds several professional certifications. As an experienced facilitator and consultant, Raymond specializes in the areas of employee engagement, change management, leadership development, team development and training delivery. Raymond also serves as a local community leader and a professional speaker.  His passions outside of work include loving his family (wife Sarah and his children Makenzie, Roman, Briella and Zion) and serving at his local church mentoring men and married couples.

Tyler Christesen, MBA

Tyler is a Senior Organizational Development Consultant with experience working with leaders and leadership teams in higher education, academic healthcare, international manufacturing, and the United States Congress. He has developed programs and interventions that support employee engagement, culture, and organizational talent development across the United States as well as in Germany, Poland, Turkey, and Singapore. Tyler holds a Bachelor’s degree in German Language from the University of Mary Washington and an MBA with a focus in Leadership and Organizational Change Management from Pepperdine University.

Kyle Laver M.Ed., Ed.S, PCC

Kyle is a Senior Organizational Development consultant with experience in coaching, training, and facilitation in working with small business, the nonprofit sector, post-secondary, and public education. She holds a Master of Education degree, Educational Specialist degree in Counseling, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Resources from James Madison University and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her passion is working with executives, leaders, and teams to establish a culture where trust, collaboration, and a strong sense of purpose thrives. She loves spending time with her husband Pete, her four active and compassionate kids, and going on walks with her lovable boxer. 

Alissa Nobblitt, MSOD

Alissa is a Senior Organizational Development Consultant with experience in the healthcare, public health, and civil aviation sectors. She has a strong desire in supporting leadership development across all levels of the organization–including a strong commitment to helping develop new leaders–as well as stimulating cultural change. Alissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from George Mason University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Development from American University. She is also a certified TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.   

Richard Welebir, M.Ed.

Richard (Rick) Welebir is a Senior Organizational Development Consultant with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational development, coaching, team building, change management, employee engagement, and group facilitation. Rick has done this work internationally for the U.S. Department of State, as well as with two large health systems, local governments, transportation, and other non-profits. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and Marketing from George Mason University, and a Master of Education degree in Counseling and Career Development from UVA.
