21 Ways to Restore in 21 Days


The goal of this program is to help you rest and restore your own energy tank in the midst of everything else that you do. The short videos released weekly will remind you and encourage you to attend to your own needs kindly, and will guide you through a series of effective strategies to do just that.

It isn’t necessary to commit to a specific 21 days in succession; you can skip a day or repeat a day if you like.

  • Activities will be published every Monday morning between October 19 – November 13.
  • Each Friday from 10:00-10:30 am, you are invited to attend a coffee chat discussing the theme of the week. Activities will remain available through November 30.
