Fall 2024 PTO Cash-Out is Approaching for University Medical Center and UPG Team Members
As Fall 2024 PTO Cash-Out approaches, it's a good time to log into Workday and review your applicable Paid Time Off (PTO) hours. PTO Cash-Out allows team members to exchange unused PTO hours for monetary compensation. While you review your PTO, keep the following in mind:
- You may request PTO Cash-Out November 14-24. Cash-out process instructions will be emailed on the morning of November 14.
- University Medical Center team members: The PTO Cash-Out window opens Nov. 14. Check your PTO balances by clicking on Absence Balance in Workday and selecting 11/9/24 in the “As Of” field.
- UPG team members: The PTO Cash-Out window opens Nov. 28. Check your PTO balances by clicking on Absence Balance in Workday and selecting 11/23/24 in the “As Of” field.
- The amount in the "Balance As of Date" field is your total PTO at the time of cash-out. Additional instructions on viewing and requesting available cash-out amounts will be communicated on November 14—the start of the cash-out period.
- Your cash-out request cannot exceed the allowed maximum hours as defined in Paid Time Off.
