    Thursday, April 10

    Morning healthy start activities

    These activities will be held at North Grounds Recreation Center, directly across the street from the hotel.

    • Cycle, Strength & Core (6:15-7:15am) - upstairs in Studio 3. Cycle, Strength, & Core is two workouts in one! Begin with a heart pumping cardio ride and finish with strength and core training. Maximum capacity is 24 people. First come, first served.
    • Bootcamp (6:30-7:15am) - downstairs in Studio 1. Challenge your cardiovascular and muscular fitness in this total body workout using fun accessories for cardio and strength-training intervals. 

    End of Day Activity for Thursday, April 10

    This activity will meet in the main lobby of The Forum Hotel. Please be prompt as the bus will leave shortly after the start time.

    Walking Tour of UVA Grounds (5:15-6:30pm) – The Forum Hotel Lobby

    Join UVA’s Hoos Well team for a tour of Grounds. You’ll travel through the historical Academical Village and gardens, UVA’s Rotunda and Chapel, Edgar Allan Poe’s housing, as well as the Memorial to Enslaved Laborers. This walk is easy to moderate and may involve walking on uneven surfaces. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Be sure to bring a light jacket as it may be cooler in the evening. A shuttle will leave The Forum Hotel shortly after 5:15 and return by 6:30.

    • Vinyasa Flow (6:15-7:15am) - upstairs in Studio 3. Vinyasa Flow synchronizes breath and movement with quicker paced yoga flows that will increase endurance, strength, and flexibility.
