Join us for an inspiring 5-week Zoom group where you will learn to see menopause as a powerful new chapter in life! Guided by the expertise of Beth Frackleton, RN/National Board-Certified Health Coach, ACSM Certified PT, and Mary Sherman, LCSW, CEAP, CAPP, this supportive group setting will empower you with:

She will then schedule an orientation session to offer information about the class and prepare you for the journey ahead. In addition, you will have the opportunity for two or more individual coaching sessions, which will be scheduled throughout the 5 weeks at your convenience.
