As a result of today’s weather, faculty of in-person J-Term classes will inform their students of when their classes will meet. Classes that are scheduled to be online for the term will continue as scheduled, power permitting.

Designated Academic Division employees should report to work as scheduled. Non-designated Academic Division employees who have been working from home should continue to work as usual.  Non-designated Academic Division employees who do not work from home should report to work at 10 am, or as instructed by their manager. Academic Division staff who are unable to work for any reason should contact their manager. Managers and faculty in the Academic Division are asked to provide flexibility for their staff members who have other responsibilities at home (such as childcare or eldercare) while continuing to meet the business needs of the University.

Students and Academic Division faculty and staff should monitor the Academic Operations Status Board for any other changes to facilities on Grounds.

University officials continue to monitor weather conditions and will provide updates if additional schedule modifications become necessary. Please allow extra time for travel and stay safe.
