With expertise in networking strategies, career assessments, and market trends, she empowers clients to identify strengths, overcome challenges, and fulfill professional goals. Jasmine is a PARWCC Certified Professional Resume Writer, and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. In addition, she is able to facilitate the Strong Interest Inventory assessment. Liz Menter, MS, CCSP, CPRW is a career advisor and Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach with fourteen years of experience in higher education specializing in career development and success coaching. With a deep understanding of the power of self-advocacy, Liz leverages her expertise to empower others to explore their career development and take meaningful action toward desired goals. With a unique range of experience in career counseling, college access, admissions, academic advising, conduct, conflict resolution, and well-being coaching, Liz is passionate about supporting UVA staff and team members across many functional areas to develop their careers in a personally meaningful way.

Kim Wood, SHRM-CP, CCSP, CPRW is a highly regarded career coach in the Commonwealth, bringing over 16 years of expertise to her role at the University of Virginia. She is an NCDA Certified Career Services Provider and has completed the Global Career Development Facilitator program, solidifying her knowledge and impact in the field. Kim is also a PARWCC Certified Professional Resume Writer, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, and a SHRM Certified Professional. Additionally, she is a VCCS Certified Career Coach and a facilitator of Everything DiSC and Strong Interest Inventory assessments. Claire Ziegler, MA, CRC, CVE, CPRW is a vocational and career development professional with extensive knowledge of job placement strategies, labor market, transferable skills analysis, career counseling, and resume writing. She has worked with people of all ages at every stage of their career journey, including working extensively with individuals with disabilities looking to enter or reenter the workforce. Claire is a Certified Professional Resume Writer, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a Certified Vocational Evaluation Specialist, is certified in EQ-I 2.0/EQ-I 360 and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach. Heather Newton, CPCC, CPRW
Heather Newton, CPCC, CPRW has over 18 years of career development and communications experience, 12 of those years in Human Resources at UVA. She is a Certified Professional Career Coach and Resume Writer and serves as the program manager for Career Navigation, as well as the UVA Dual Career Program for staff (assisting spouses/partners of UVA staff who are seeking employment), and Embark (a platform to elevate regional talent recruitment). Heather has extensive experience supporting individuals through the entire job search process and is passionate about research-driven innovation and human-centered systems.
