2018/19 Benefit Preferences Survey Results

Below is a summary of findings from the Benefit Preferences Survey sent to the UVA community in November 2018. 

In addition to responding directly to the survey questions, participants were allowed space to write their own comments. In the orange box, at the bottom-left hand side of the infographic, we have depicted the frequency employees mentioned six key words in their open comments: retirement, health premiums, paid time off, benefit choices, tuition, and family leave.  

Over 5,000 employees and team members responded to the survey, and we greatly appreciate your excellent input. This effort is critical in helping HR ensure that we are offering a competitive program that meets the needs of you and your family, and will be used to shape the direction of UVA benefits for years to come.
