Anatomy of Trust (In-Person)
As human beings, we are wired for connection. When we feel disconnected it can feel like we are at risk.
We feel vulnerable when uncertain, and trust is key to connection, building slowly like Jenga blocks. Many believe they are trustworthy but trust few colleagues. Trust and being seen as trustworthy differ. Lacking tools, we avoid trust conversations, talking about people instead of to them. Trust is vital for leadership. This workshop begins with values and teaches building trust through curiosity.
