Even though we live and work in a world where change is constant it is still challenging to lead a team through change.
Managing change is more than making a broadcast statement and editing a policy. Effectively managing change requires an understanding of what is going on at the human level and then influencing a change in behavior. Based on the Influencer Behavior Change model you will examine how to change behavior by changing motivation and ability across personal, social, and structural aspects.
