UVA_HR2019 Talent Development Offerings
Whether your goal is to lead a team to excellence or to be the very best individual contributor, make 2019 the year you reach your goals. UVA HR Talent Development offers a broad and diverse portfolio of interactive courses designed to build leadership skills or develop the specific competencies needed to build your career and be your best. These classes are free and open to all Academic Faculty, Staff and Health System Team Members.
New in 2019:
- In partnership with faculty from the Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy, new offerings include director-level, professional development courses on topics such as:
- Managerial Negotiations
- Influence
- Group Dynamics
- Two new topics have been added to open enrollment courses:
- Coaching as a Leader
- Team Building
Enrollment:
Enrollment in courses held in Health System locations will not be impacted by Workday and are available immediately through Net Learning.
Enrollment in courses held in Academic locations will occur through Workday beginning in January. If you’re interested in enrolling in a course in an Academic location, please save the date now. A follow-up announcement will be made once those courses become available for registration in mid to late January.
