UVA Benefit Preferences Survey: Open Oct. 21-Nov. 1

Periodically, UVA HR carefully reviews and benchmarks our benefit programs to ensure they continue to meet the needs of you and your family members. Your well-being is our priority, and this year we are reaching out to you directly for input. We would love to hear what you think about your UVA benefits.

To ensure your privacy, Willis Towers Watson, an independent consulting firm, is managing this survey on behalf of UVA. Responses will be grouped in batches of at least 10 to maintain confidentiality, and no individual data will be shared with UVA. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete, and your feedback will play a crucial role in shaping UVA's benefits program for years to come. 

The Benefit Preferences survey is available for benefits-eligible faculty, staff, and team members between October 21 and November 1 and should only take about 15 minutes to complete. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Benefits are a vital part of your experience at UVA, and understanding your preferences is key to designing programs that support you now and into the future.
