Clarification on Gov. Northam's Email on Salary Increases

On Friday May 3, Governor Northam sent an email announcing a salary increase “for all Virginia state employees.” Please note that this increase applies to UVA Classified Staff only. In addition, the other information contained in the email (open enrollment, premium awards) does not apply to UVA faculty, staff, or team members.
 
Soon we will be announcing the annual compensation programs applicable to your respective unit/division. You will be receiving information about this process from UVA HR and from your managers soon.
