IRS Form 1095-C Arriving in March

Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Insurance, should arrive in March by mail to your address on file. This form provides you with information about the health coverage offered at UVA. The information is not required for preparing a return. The IRS recommends individual taxpayers should not wait for these forms and file returns as they normally would.
