Join Hoos Well in the Heart & Stroke Walk!

Join the Hoos Well team in support of a healthy, active workplace! 

On Sunday, November. 3, 2019, the American Heart Association will host the Heart & Stroke Walk at Fontaine Research Park. You'll enjoy free, fun activities and heart health education for the entire family–and boost your Fit for Fall Challenge activity! Participate in either the one mile or three mile route options. Friendly, leashed dogs and strollers are welcome to join in the Pet Parade.

Events include:

• Breakfast for Survivors - 11:30 am
• Wellness Festival begins - 12:00 pm
• Pet Parade - 12:30 pm
• Walk begins - 1:00 pm

Join and walk with the Hoos Well team and receive a free t-shirt! In addition, all participants who register for the Heart & Stroke Walk are eligible for one free ticket to the Liberty vs. UVA football game on Nov. 23, and a chance to win two tickets to the Virginia Tech vs UVA game on Nov. 29.
