University Medical Center: Orientation October 14

On May 13, 2024, UVA HR launched a pilot HR orientation model for University Medical Center new hires. We thank everyone for their feedback and positive contributions and are pleased to introduce additional steps to further improve the new hire experience.

Starting October 14, 2024, UVA HR will be providing online I-9 document viewing sessions for new hires, both prior to and during the week of Day One. This eliminates the need for new hires to attend in-person Onboarding Office Hours in the West Complex on Day One. Please see the chart below for Day One University Medical Center HR Orientation.
