UVA HR exists so that people, teams, and organizations can do their best work every day. Accordingly, we are focused on sustaining our overall momentum by focusing on UVA’s mission and our people.

Over the past year, HR expanded services and increased resources to better serve the UVA community in new, better, and different ways. And we continue to create innovative ways to help execute UVA’s mission of developing responsible leaders and professionals, advancing knowledge, and providing world-class patient care. As our community navigates through uncertain times, our pledge is to continue focusing on doing great work to ensure that the people we serve, and the missions we support, receive the best from UVA Human Resources.
