What is culture? Culture is the unique spirit that forms when a team of people works with one another to achieve the same goal. When describing culture, you’ll often hear, “you’ll know it when you see it.” The goal of this Culture Hub is to create clarity around our mindset at UVA HR so people from across our organization can gain an understanding of and contribute to what makes UVA HR a special place to work.
What is the HR Culture Guide? It's a guide for the road ahead... a roadmap showing where our journey began; strategic pillars, values, and principles we rely upon to guide our daily decisions and actions; our vision for where we're headed; leadership principles that guide us along the way; and strategies and priorities to get us there.
