Workshops

Let our team help your team. We offer dozens of unique topics, which align with the Korn Ferry Leadership competency framework. Create your team’s custom experience with one of our Learning and Development consultants. Together, you will determine the dynamics, needs, and goals of your team.

Designed and facilitated by your consultant, the workshop will enable your team to develop a common language and understanding, drive collaboration, and achieve personal and team growth. Workshops are ideal for groups of 10 or more and can be delivered in-person, or virtually to your team with audio/visual support.

I've asked L&D to facilitate custom sessions for my team and they have been really wonderful about making sure we are aligned on goals, adapting the content to fit the needs of my team, and just a joy to work with. Love the positive energy... always feel glad that we engaged in this kind of development work. - L&D Client
