Hoos Well has partnered with eMLife to provide employees and spouses on the UVA and UPG Health Plans with complimentary access to mindfulness resources that you can apply to everyday life to promote health and happiness, manage stress and anxiety, and enhance focus and overall well-being.

Change starts with small beginnings. The 1% Challenge will help you transform your happiness and well-being, develop new healthy habits, get better sleep, stress less, and earn rewards along the way. Practice mindfulness for 1% of your day (less than 15 minutes!) for at least 25 days to earn a $50 Hoos Well reward.
