This quarter's theme is Cultivating Joy! Joy is often mistaken for a fleeting emotion—something that arrives unannounced, sparked by luck, success, or external validation. But joy, unlike momentary happiness, is not something we stumble upon. It is something we can grow. It is cultivated—deliberately, patiently, and with care.
Monthly Themes for Fall 2025:
October: Resilience skills and flourishing
November: Gratitude
December: Happiness and holiday joy
