The Hoos Well One Percent Challenge will begin early in the Fall semester of 2023. Practice mindfulness every day for 14 minutes (1% of your day) in the eM Life app or website and earn a $50 Hoos Well reward! More information and registration instructions will be posted on this webpage during summer 2023.
