UVA_HR2023 Education Benefit Requests Due Dec. 15, 2023
The last day for Medical Center and Academic Division employees to submit education benefit requests in Workday for the 2023 calendar year benefit is December 15, 2023.
Employees may submit requests for advanced funding for 2024 classes and programs by the December 15 deadline so long as the start date is no more than 90 days from the date the request was submitted. Requests for funding for classes for the fall 2023 semester may be submitted as advancement requests if grades will not be available by the December 15 deadline.
The Education Benefit Request function will not be accessible in Workday from December 16, 2023 to January 1, 2024. Requests submitted from January onward will apply to the 2024 calendar year benefit.
