As always, HR is excellent and responsive. Was even willing to stay on the phone as I walked back to my office so she could walk me through the process when I got back to my computer. So helpful! Thank you. Colleen McDowell, Director of Education, Department of Plastic Surgery, Maxillofacial and Oral Health
