What's New

Flu shots are now at all Expo locations! 

UVA Health team members can use this as an opportunity to be in compliance with work requirements. Employee Health will assist this year with ensuring your flu shot is documented.

• University Medical Center Education Resource Center (ERC)
• University Medical Center Cafeteria (Night-Shift Expo)

Don't miss these in-person opportunities to connect with HR specialists and health vendors, get the most out of your benefits, and be a part of UVA's healthy and connected community. Explore offerings available to you, ask questions, meet in person with benefits counselors and vendor representatives. 

Because the University of Virginia cares about your wellbeing, Hoos Well – the University’s award-winning comprehensive employee wellness program – offers a variety of resources to help you make healthy lifestyle choices and thrive. Through the Hoos Well portal, employees and spouses covered by the UVA Health Plan can earn up to $500 in financial incentives when they complete activities within four domains (physical, emotional, social, financial) of well-being.

For maximum flexibility, the Expo offers you both in-person and virtual ways to learn about your benefits. You can:

• Attend the Expo in-person at four locations over 2 weeks.
• You can meet in-person with the HR Benefits and Leave team, OR schedule a virtual 1:1 appointment with an HR specialist to discuss your benefits.
