Hoos Well 1% Challenge Starts May 5

Save the date for the 2025 Hoos Well 1% Challenge, starting on May 5, 2025. Practice mindfulness in eMLife for 15 minutes—just 1% of your day— for at least 25 out of 40 days to nurture your mental well-being and earn a $50 Hoos Well reward. You can begin the 1% Challenge anytime between May 5 - June 3.
